Description
For pulling an injured person out of danger if caught in a fire fight, or in the open by an IED. Just loop it over their shoulders and one or more of you can drag them to safety. Can also be used by two of you to carry someone sitting on it, or as an emergency tow rope.
Quick to open and release.
