DESCRIPTION
1.The explosive rating of Bomb basket will be minimum 2 Kg TNT equivalent for single use. (Certificate to the effect from a national / international Accredited lab for each Bomb Basket will be provided by the OEM / Firm.
2.The weight of the Bomb Basket will be maximum 500 Kg.
3.The volume of Bomb Basket will be minimum 80 Liters.
4.The diameter of the opening of the Bomb Basket will min. 18 inches (1.5 Feet).
5.The height of the Bomb Basket will be min. 24 inches (2 feet).
6.The bomb basket should prevent any horizontal displacement / movement of fragments.
7.The Bomb Basket should direct fragments surrounding the explosive upward through the opening on top.
8.The Bomb basket should be not made of any material which may act as secondary fragments.
9.It should not rupture in the event of blast irrespective of the position of the charge.
10.It should have a card/trolley for movement and should have tools to facilities easy loading and uploading.
11.It should be provided with technical manual, users hand book, preservation techniques / methods, packing, handling / transportation / storage.
12.Warranty = 03 years.
13.Test report / certificate for 02 KG TNT must be submitted along with tender.
TROLLEY SPECIFICATION
14.The BOMB Trolley is designed for safe transportation of suspected device to contain explosives up to 2kg TNT.
15.It should have a detachable canopy to protection the Basket from Rain & Sun.
16.The construction of the Trolley is more advantages for operations in Hilly Areas & off-road conditions due to its light weight it can easily be towed with a Smaller Vehicle Like a jeep or any SUVs.
17.Can be used multiple times if an explosion occurs in the Trolley as the basket can be replaced
18.Dimensions –
Width – 1.55 mtrs.
Length – 1.92 mtrs.
Height – 1.25 mtrs.
19.Consisting of 04 Wheels of size front 12″ and Rear 16″ giving it a better center of gravity and ease of parking. Ground clearance of Trolley is 200mm approx.
20.Consisting of Braking & Parking Light System. It should have Leaf-spring suspension to take the payload of 500 Kgs.
21.It shall have Rollers for easy loading and uploading of Bomb Basket.
